How pricing actually works
Fixed-scope, fixed-price.
Every build and consulting engagement is scoped upfront with a defined deliverable, timeline, and price. If scope changes, we re-scope explicitly — no stealth change orders.
Retainers for ongoing work.
Fractional AI Lead engagements are monthly retainers with a 3-month minimum. Month-to-month after, with 30 days notice either side.
Payment terms.
50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery for fixed-scope projects. Monthly upfront for retainers. EUR preferred; USD and RON accepted. Romanian SRL invoicing available.
What's included.
All engagements include documentation, knowledge transfer, and 30 days of post-delivery support on build work.
What's not included.
Third-party API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector DBs, etc.) are yours to own. Agency fees for additional specialists billed at cost + 10% coordination fee.
Pricing FAQs
How do I know if I'm paying too much or too little?
Compare: a McKinsey AI engagement starts at €250K. A mid-tier AI agency charges €15K–€50K for work delivered at €5K–€25K, usually with a 4–6 month timeline vs. 2–8 weeks. Fixed-scope, fixed-price — no inflation to mark down.
Can I get a discount?
No. The prices are already the discount — that's the point of solo delivery. Discounts signal inflated original prices. These aren't inflated.
What if I only have €1,000?
Start with an Audit at €1,500 if you can stretch — it's the highest-leverage first step. If you genuinely can't, I'll still do a free 30-minute call and point you to free resources.
Do you offer payment plans?
On engagements above €10,000, yes — 3 equal payments over the engagement period. Ask during scoping.
Can you invoice a US or UK client?
Yes. Romanian SRL, invoices globally, standard reverse-charge VAT for EU B2B, no VAT for US/UK/non-EU.
