Customer responsibility
Each customer is responsible for their own privacy notices, lawful basis, and communications with visitors to their website. Sensitive health or special-category information should not be collected through generic contact forms unless the customer has appropriate safeguards.
Retention and rights
Account and workspace data is retained while a workspace remains active, subject to backup and legal requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.
