How it works
Intake questionnaire
Structured form covering your tech stack, key workflows, team size, current AI tooling, and the metrics that matter most to your business.
System access + audit
Read-only access to your analytics, CRM, and key tools. I run a structured audit across five dimensions: data quality, process automability, team readiness, infrastructure, and strategic fit.
Analysis + mapping
Gap analysis and opportunity mapping. Each opportunity is scored on effort, impact, and strategic fit. The output is a ranked list, not a generic AI capability deck.
Recommendations + report
Specific recommendations for each opportunity: build vs. buy, which vendors/tools, rough cost estimate, timeline. Written as a document you can act on, not just read.
Readout call
30-minute walk-through of findings. Questions answered, priorities discussed, next steps defined.
FAQs
Who is an AI Audit for?
Teams that have heard a lot about AI and want clarity before committing budget. Marketing teams wondering which AI tools are worth paying for. Leadership teams that want an honest assessment of AI readiness before pitching the board.
What do you need from us to run the audit?
A completed intake questionnaire (30 minutes of your time), read-only access to your key analytics and CRM, and 1-2 hours from a team member who knows the workflows well. I don't need on-site access — fully remote.
Why is it fixed at €1,500 and not hourly?
Because fixed-price means I'm incentivized to be efficient. Hourly billing means I'm incentivized to be slow. The audit has a defined scope and a defined deliverable — it doesn't need to be hourly.
Can the audit scope change once started?
The audit scope is fixed: the five-dimension assessment, gap analysis, opportunity map, and recommendations. If you want a deeper dive on a specific area after seeing the results, that becomes a separate consulting engagement.
What happens after the audit?
You have a ranked list of AI opportunities with enough specificity to act on. Some clients use it as a brief for an internal team. Some come back to me for the build. Some take it to an agency. The report is yours to use however you need.
